Ravi Zacharias was raised in India in a Hindu family. His culture presented many views of God, yet he did not know the message of Jesus. At a point of desperation, he attempted suicide and ended up in a hospital. Through the witness of a young man, he heard the good news and came to faith in Christ. He has since grown to become one of the world’s premiere defenders of the Christian faith.
