The first question one has to ask is, saved from what? According to the Bible, we have all sinned and broken God’s Law. The punishment for that is death, that’s why Jesus died on the cross. His death was a legal transaction to pay the penalty for our sins. So, how to be saved? How to be born again? How to receive salvation and ensure you will be in heaven with God when you die? The answer is simple, confess with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and rose again, and you will be saved.
